Co-parenting Coordination
Co-parenting coordination is a form of alternative dispute resolution designed to break the cycle of ongoing conflict through education and facilitation. Emphasis is placed on communication and parenting techniques that keep the needs of the child(ren) front and center.
Co-parenting coordination can be beneficial during litigation as well as after a custody case has been closed. It is important to note that this process does not involve therapy or counseling.
Parties may choose to engage with a co-parenting coordinator by mutual agreement, or the Court may order parties to co-parenting coordination. While it is especially helpful in high-conflict divorces, co-parenting coordination is appropriate for any parents who desire to improve their communication and shared parenting skills for the benefit of the child.
We offer co-parenting sessions both on-site and online.
